Training covers how generative AI works, its limitations, output checking and precautions when entering information. We explore applications through school tasks such as lesson preparation and document drafting.
Support for school AI usage rules
We help draft guidelines covering staff and student usage, homework and reports, personal and confidential information, and output review procedures, in line with your school's policies.
Preparation for school and parent communication
We identify what staff and students need to know about the agreed policy and what should be explained to parents. Delivery of student training or parent briefings is subject to a separately agreed scope.
Ongoing advice and review
We review questions and issues arising in practice and support revisions to usage rules and working methods. Consultation frequency, response arrangements and document updates are specified before the contract begins.
Materials we prepare
Depending on the agreed scope, deliverables may include a review of current practices and needs, training resources, draft school AI guidelines, and school or parent communication materials. Deliverables and revision allowances are specified in the proposal.
We check consistency with existing school rules. We do not make policy or individual educational decisions on the school's behalf; guidelines are implemented after the school's review and approval.

We organise the school-wide policy and the procedures required for specific subjects and administrative tasks.
Review and revise with the school
The school reviews the content. We revise it to reflect the school's education policy and working practices.
Train, explain and begin using the policy
Training and briefings use the agreed materials. Ongoing support can include questions and revisions arising after implementation.
Pricing plans
All prices are monthly, in US dollars (USD), excluding tax. A minimum three-month commitment applies.
LIGHT: USD 1,400/month, excluding tax. Focused on staff training and practical workshops.
STANDARD: USD 2,800/month, excluding tax. Staff training plus support for drafting school AI policies and guidelines.
PREMIUM: USD 5,600/month, excluding tax. Support for school-wide AI operating arrangements, school and parent communication preparation, and ongoing review.
Total base fees for the minimum three-month term, excluding tax: LIGHT USD 4,200 / STANDARD USD 8,400 / PREMIUM USD 16,800.
Training audiences, session numbers, duration and format, deliverables, consultations and updates are specified before the contract begins. Any additional tool or travel costs, payment arrangements, renewal and cancellation terms are set out in the proposal and contract.
Frequently asked questions
Can you help a school that does not yet allow AI?
Yes. We do not assume that AI use must be permitted. We help define what the school prohibits, what it may consider and what information is needed to decide.
Can training accommodate different levels of experience?
We review current usage before preparing the training. Tool operation is covered separately from the policy decisions the school needs to make.
Can the materials reflect our school's own policies?
Yes. We review the existing education policy, school rules and year groups. Draft policies are finalised after the school's review and approval.
