Yes. We agree roles and responsibilities, including how to work with your internal team or existing vendors.

Is development included?

No. Development, implementation and external partners are scoped and quoted separately. PM time beyond meetings is also agreed in advance.

Does the 24-hour commitment mean full resolution?

It covers responses to contracted clients, including weekends and public holidays. Complex research and solutions have separately agreed scope and timelines. It is not a response deadline for initial enquiries.

What is the minimum commitment?

The minimum is 12 months, starting at US$4,800 per month and US$57,600 for the initial 12-month base. Tax treatment is confirmed in your quote.
