Clear roles for three parties

Referral partner

Introduce an interested operator. Joining sales discussions is optional. Your only required role is the introduction.

Y Technologies

Handles sales discussions, contracting and onboarding, and supports operations within the agreed scope.

OEM operator

Runs the business under its own brand and handles customer acquisition and brand supervision.

04 / COMMISSION

Commission applies to regular monthly operating fees.

Contracts 1–9 per referral partner

New contracts from number 10

The tiers count contracted OEM operators per partner. Reaching contract 10 does not change contracts 1–9: those remain at 5%, with no retroactive increase.

This checks a single contract’s rate, not your total earnings. Contracts 1–9 remain at 5% even after you reach contract 10. Initial fees and their instalments are excluded.

Initial commission: There is no initial commission, whether fees are paid upfront or in instalments. The former JPY 80,000 initial commission has been discontinued.
Excluded amounts: Instalment portions of setup or other initial fees are excluded from commission. They are separate from regular monthly operating fees.
Payment: Payment is due at the end of the following month.
Details to confirm in the individual agreement: The tax basis, payment-verification cutoff, recurring commission duration, and treatment of refunds and cancellation are not yet determined. Confirm these details in the individual agreement.

Introductions and contracts do not guarantee results, profit or passive income.
