Article 2 (Registration for Use)

  1. The registration for this service shall be completed when a prospective registrant agrees to the Terms of Use and applies for registration for use of the service in the manner prescribed by the Company, and when the Company approves the application.
  2. If the Company determines that the applicant has any of the following reasons, the Company may not approve the application for registration of use and shall not be obliged to disclose the reasons for such denial.
    1. If false information is reported when applying for user registration.
    2. If the application is from a person who has violated these Terms and Conditions.
    3. Other cases in which the Company deems the registration of use to be inappropriate.

Article 3 (Management of User ID and Password)

  1. The User shall properly manage his/her user ID and password for the Service at his/her own responsibility.
  2. Under no circumstances may a user transfer or lend his/her user ID and password to a third party, or share them with a third party. When a user logs in with the same combination of user ID and password as the registered information, the Company will consider the use of the service to be by the user who has registered the user ID.
  3. We shall not be liable for any damage caused by the use of user IDs and passwords by a third party, except in the case of willful misconduct or gross negligence on our part.

Article 4 (Usage Fees and Payment Methods)

  1. The User shall pay the fee for the paid portion of the Service, which is separately determined by the Company and displayed on the Website, by the method designated by the Company.
  2. If the User is late in paying the usage fee, the User shall pay a late fee at the rate of 14.6% per annum.

Article 5 (Prohibited Matters)

In using the Service, the User shall not engage in any of the following acts:

  1. Acts that violate laws and regulations or public order and morals.
  2. Conduct related to criminal activity.
  3. Acts that infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights contained in this service, including the contents of this service.
  4. Destroying or interfering with the functionality of the server or network of the Company, other users, or other third parties.
  5. Commercial use of information obtained through our service.
  6. Actions that may interfere with the operation of our services.
  7. Unauthorized access or attempts to gain unauthorized access.
  8. Collecting or accumulating personal information about other users.
  9. Use of the Service for any unauthorized purpose.
  10. Acts that cause disadvantage, damage, or discomfort to other users of this service or other third parties.
  11. Impersonating another user.

Article 6 (Suspension of Provision of the Service, etc.)

Article 7 (Restriction of Use and Cancellation of Registration)

Article 8 (Withdrawal from Membership)

The User may withdraw from the Service by following the withdrawal procedure specified by the Company.

Article 9 (Disclaimer of Warranty and Disclaimer of Liability)

Furthermore, compensation for damages incurred by the user due to our company's non-performance of obligations or tort caused by our negligence (excluding gross negligence) shall be limited to the amount of the usage fees received from the user in the month in which such damages occurred.
  4. Our company shall not be liable for any transactions, communications, or disputes that arise between the user and other users or third parties in relation to this service.

Article 10 (Changes to Service Content, etc.)

Our company may change, add, or discontinue the content of this service with prior notice to the user, and the user agrees to this.

Article 11 (Changes to Terms of Use)

  1. Our company may change these terms without obtaining individual consent from the user in the following cases.
    1. When the changes to these terms are in the general interest of the user.
    2. When the changes to these terms do not contradict the purpose of the service usage contract and are reasonable in light of the necessity of the changes, the appropriateness of the content after the changes, and other relevant circumstances.

Article 13 (Notices or Communications)

Notices or communications between the user and our company shall be made in accordance with the methods specified by our company. These notifications or communications shall be deemed to have reached the user at the time of dispatch.

Article 14 (Prohibition of Transfer of Rights and Obligations)

The user may not transfer their position under the usage contract or any rights or obligations based on these terms to a third party, nor offer them as collateral, without the prior written consent of our company.

Article 15 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

  1. The interpretation of these terms shall be governed by Japanese law.
  2. In the event of any disputes arising in relation to this service, the court having exclusive jurisdiction shall be the court with jurisdiction over the location of our company's headquarters.
